Q1. What is the promotion all about?

Mr Carabao's £1 Million Giveaway is about giving Carabao drinkers the chance to win cold-hard cash every 60 seconds, whenever they purchase a great-tasting promotional can of Carabao Energy Drink!

Q2. How does it work?

To take part in the promotion, you need to buy a participating promotional can of Carabao energy drink. Participating promotional cans in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland will feature a unique code under the ring pull. Simply use the URL on the back of the can to go online and enter for your chance to win one of the many prizes. You can enter via your smartphone, laptop, desktop or tablet and winners will be selected every 60 seconds.

Q3. Where can I find a promotional can?

To find out your nearest stockist, please contact help@carabaopromo.com, and we will be able to direct you to your nearest store.

Q4. Where is my unique code?

The unique code is printed on promotional cans under the ring pull on the top. If, however, your can does not have a unique code, or this code isn't working, please email help@carabaopromo.com and we will be able to help you.

Q5. Which pack formats are included within the promotion?

The promotion is running across all our 330ml single cans available in Green apple, Mandarin Orange, Green apple sugar free, Original and Original sugar free flavours. Multipacks are not part of the competition.

Q6. What if the website tells me that my code has already been used?

Q2. What are the chances of me actually winning?

There are prizes every 60 seconds between the hours of 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. This equates to a total of 114,166 prizes during the whole promotional period of 01.07.18 and 30.09.18.

Q3. How will I know if I have won?

This is an instant win competition, therefore, once you have entered your unique code, you will be told on screen instantly.

The bank details of winners of £500 or less will be processed within 1 working day of your win (Monday - Friday). The bank details of winners of £1,000 or more will be processed within 1 working day of confirmation of any verification required by the promoter. Prizes will be paid to winners through BACS within approximately 3 working days of winners' bank details being processed.

Q4. How many times can I enter?

You can only use each unique code once, however, there is no limitation on how many unique codes you can enter with. The more promotional cans you have, the more entries!

Q5. Could I win more than one prize?

Yes, more you enter the more chances you have of winning some Carabao cash!

Q6. How old do I need to be to enter?

You must be 18+ to enter.

Winner queries

Q1. I've won, how will I get the money and when?

Your bank details will be processed within 1 working day of your win (Monday - Friday)! The bank details of winners of £1,000 or more will be processed within 1 working day of confirmation of any verification required by the promoter. The cash will be transferred to you via BACS within approximately 3 working days of your details being processed.

Q2. I've won, but haven't received my confirmation email

Q3. I've won, but I have entered the incorrect bank details

Once your details have been entered they are final - so please ensure that the details you have entered are correct, otherwise you will not be able to redeem your Carabao cash!

Q4. I don't want to put my bank details in, how else can I get the money?

Your bank details are completely protected and dealt with by an approved third-party specialist, this is the only method we will be transferring the winnings. Therefore, in order to redeem your cash it is compulsory to provide your bank details.

Q5. I won, but didn't complete the entry form

Once you have received confirmation that you are a winner, you will have 7 days to complete the entry form. After which you will be unable to redeem your prize. If you do not complete within this time frame your prize will be awarded to another entrant.

Q6. What happens to my bank details?

Your bank details are only used to transfer you your winnings. All personal data will be deleted after the campaign as per our privacy policy.
